Hi I’m Bianca, a qualified personal trainer and health nut with over 6 years industry experience. I specialise in general fitness, nutritional health, pre and postnatal exercise and general wellbeing. I am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine and also a registered member of Fitness Australia.
Along with an active lifestyle, I believe good nutrition is the core of health and wellness and can completely transform a person’s life. Eating correctly helps you feel incredible, assists in maintaining a healthy weight and nourishes your vital organs, putting you in the best possible shape to fight illness and live a long and happy life.
As a society I believe we place too much emphasis on symptomatic treatment of illness & disease rather than focusing on understanding the source of the problem and decoding what messages our bodies are sending us. I refuse to accept that weight gain, fatigue, inflammation, aches & illness are just a part of life managed by multiple pills & potions. Each and every day should be vibrant, full of energy and not hindered by preventable auto-immune disorders and chronic disease.
