Accredited Exercise Physiology

Exercise physiology are qualified professionals who provide exercise-based intervention to children who have or are at a high risk of developing chronic medical conditions that affect movement, endurance, balance and coordination.

AEP’s assess, prescribe and manage exercise programs specifically designed to your child’s goals. AEP’s work closely with your child’s health care team to ensure all medical conditions and limitations are taken into consideration before prescribing exercises.

Sprout Health AEP’s can assist in helping children and adolescents of all abilities participate in community sports and activities. Our AEP’s often complete exercise sessions in the community at local parks, schools and sporting grounds, as well as in our specially designed child or adult gyms to tailor a program to your child’s needs.
